The Clinic Operations Manager is ultimately responsible for continuous quality improvement in the standard of customer service delivered to doctors and clients, within the clinics and remotely via phone, e-mail, text and other communications channels. This includes responsibility for the day-to-day coordination of all clinic operations, ensuring that staff management and all administrative and service requirements are delivered efficiently and effectively in compliance with external regulatory requirements and internal policies and standards and in line with financial budgets.
You should have at least four years experience working within a medical centre, clinic environment or similar and preset with a Business Degree or equivalent. You should have excellent communication and presentation skills – this role demands high EQ and people management and leadership skills.
