Reporting into the Global Head of Executive Talent, this role has accountability for leading global senior executive searches and driving a best in class global end to end executive level recruitment function.

You will have a deep understanding of executive search methodologies, and a proven track record of successful placements at the executive level and present with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred). Extensive experience in executive search, preferably in a global capacity with a proven track record of successfully placing senior executives across various industries and functions is expected as is a deep knowledge of executive search methodologies, including candidate sourcing, assessment, and selection.
