As a key leader within the Energy Storage team, this position will be responsible for setting the Digital Supply Chain strategy for a new energy storage solutions unit, responsible for key supply chain processes including Plan, Source, Make, Deliver and Return. The role involves mapping end-to-end supply chain processes for Energy Storage and selecting and delivering digital solutions that tie in with the organization’s processes for order-to-cash, S&OP and procure-to-pay. The person in this role will work closely with different functions within the supply chain to ensure that the solutions delivered are fit for purpose and meet the needs of the business.
You will have a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations management, computer science, or a related field and experience in leading and managing functional teams responsible for key supply chain processes and digital solutions. You will lead the manufacturing process definition, and industrialization, including brown and or green field start-up, and hand over to general management operations within the factory once full ramped to sustaining operations. The successful candidate shall work closely with Research Design & Development (RDD) engineering, facilities, equipment suppliers, and other, to define the specifications required for manufacturing of battery cell and battery pack manufacturing. Additionally, the role shall deliver a value driven manufacturing engineering strategy, ensuring the most efficient and most sustainable investment return for the company. The role is based in South East Asia, leveraging the company’s production equipment suppliers to mass produce energy storage solutions.
You will be an excellent communicator, with high energy levels, and result driven orientation and present with a minimum 12 years in advanced manufacturing engineering and preferably within high precision environment. A strong process knowledge in battery cell and battery pack manufacturing, including automated process development and manufacturing operations. Experience in AI and digital twin, and smart digitalisation in general would be advantageous.

You will be accountable in leading the 1000 F/T strong Philippine business. You will effectively function as a Chief Country Representative of this matrix business leading R&D, Finance and Manufacturing hubs, cutting across all entities in general matters of operation, administration (HR and Finance) and point of contract and engagement with external stakeholders including regulators and government agencies.
Ideally, you are an experienced professional with a broad range of management expertise. Prior experience in Shared Services, Finance and/or Legal capacities will be highly preferred. You have worked in dynamic, fast growing and established MNCs. Excellent in stakeholder engagement, you are strong in communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to navigate a fast growing and sometimes ambiguous environment is critical to the success of this role.
